What kind of warranty do your products come with?

BuyLifetime.com products have a limited warranty (from the date of original retail purchase) that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty varies by product and manufacturer. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. BuyLifetime.com dealers, service providers, or retail stores selling BuyLifetime.com products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty. Please refer to your product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.

How does In-Home Assembly work?

In-home assembly is an exciting new service on our site that allows you to schedule assembly right when you place your order! Let us send assembly crews right to your home to install your new product right where you want it. I live outside the Continental USA, how can I place my order?

We accept online orders that are ordered from and shipped-to addresses inside the Continental United States of America. We are happy to receive orders outside the Continental USA by telephone.

How can I track my order?

To track the status of your order visit your account page. There you will see a history of all orders that you have placed, their current status, and tracking information.

What should I know about your shipping policies?

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained in this Website. We cannot ship to PO or APO addresses. You agree that all billing and shipping information you provide on this Website will be accurate and complete. Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of the BuyLifetime.com Terms of Use.

BuyLifetime.com offers shipping within the United States, and U.S. territories. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of items to the carrier. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Do you give discounts for buying in bulk?

Most of our products can be purchased in larger quantities which saves packaging and shipping costs, and we happily pass the savings on to you. The cost of each item in a bulk pack is reduced depending on how many are being ordered, and are listed on our website in different packaging options available. There are anywhere from 4 units to 48 units in a bulk package which gives great flexibility in supplying your needs at the lowest possible cost. What payment methods do you accept?

What is a "CSC" or "Card Verfication Code"?

CVC2The Card Security Code (CSC) is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud. We ask for the CSC to help secure transactions over the Internet or over the phone.

MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards have a 3-digit code printed on the signature panel on the back of the cards immediately following the card's account number. New North American MasterCard and Visa cards feature the "CVC2" in a separate panel to the right of the signature strip.

American Express cards have a 4-digit code printed on the front side of the card above the number, referred to as the CID (or Unique Card Code). It is printed flat, not embossed like the card number.
