Like all Lifetime tables, it is designed with smooth, rounded edges for comfortable handling when carrying. No more cuts, scratches, or painful grooves in your hands! Table surface allows for smooth handwriting as well. Also designed with safety gravity rings to prevent legs from collapsing after set up even if they're not fully deployed. We use UV-protected, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic with a honeycombed tack-off design for extra rigidity and rust-resistant, powder-coated steel. This 6 ft table is an all around great table to have on hand, providing portability and versatility, with very low maintenance. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it! Made in the USA.

Glad it's back!
Pros:Good Surface Area,Sturdy,Nice Finish,Attractive Design,Good Height Best Uses:Informal Dining,Food Prep,Formal Dining,In The Kitchen Describe Yourself:Midrange Shopper Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. I am glad they brought this table back. I purchased 2 several years ago and have used them for birthday parties, family get togethers, etc. I wanted to get another but it was no longer available & the height of the ones offered was not adjustable which is necessary for buffet use. Also in my sewing room an ajustable height is perfect for working with fabric or any craft projects. It is especially helpful for quilting. The 36" height is easy on back strain. The surface is durable and easy to clean. For formal use just add a white on white brocade table cloth. I cannot think of anything this table cannot handle. Love it!
