Lifetime Website Return Policy

Lifetime is confident that you will enjoy the products you purchase from BuyLifetime.com. However, if you are not completely happy with a product you buy on Lifetime.com, (even if you changed your mind), you have 30 days to return it in new condition. If the item purchased is oversized you will need the assistance of our e-commerce Consumer Support team (1-800-424-3865).

Unless the product is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your product, and will be charged a 15% item re-stocking fee. Additionally, the cost of shipping the product to you originally will not be refunded.

Products to be returned must be new, unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Items Damaged in Shipping

Please open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. You will have 14 days from the day you receive your order to make claims for any item damaged during shipping. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment will be denied. Please call our e-commerce Consumer Support team at 1-800-424-3865, for assistance with your claim.

Speedy Refunds

Lifetime will process your refund promptly — within 30 days at the most — upon receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment you originally used to purchase your product. Your refund will be the "total unit price" for the item listed on your packing slip — minus a 15% item re-stocking charge. Your refund will include any appropriate sales taxes paid. Your refund will exclude return shipping and handling charges and any other service charges.

How It Works

The instructions below are designed to speed the return of your product. Carefully follow each of the steps below, so Lifetime may provide you with a satisfactory return experience.

Return by Mail or Express Carriers

  1. Call our e-commerce Consumer Support team at 1-800-424-3865, for assistance. You will be issued a "Return Authorization" number for the item you wish to return. Make note of the return authorization number for your future reference.
  2. Place the item securely in the original package, if possible. If using another box, please pack securely to prevent damage to returned item.
  3. Include all paperwork, instructions, parts, and accessories.
  4. Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for your return, and put it in the package.
  5. Keep a copy of the packing slip/return request for your reference.
  6. Put the return address label from the packing slip over your original home shipping address on the package.
  7. If return shipping by U.S. Mail: Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
  8. If return shipping by FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.: Keep a copy of the tracking number.
  9. Please do not send your return C.O.D. — we cannot accept it.
