In our world today it is hard to find people or companies that still understand customer service but obviously you and your company are connected to what customer service is all about. You could have easily blown me off by my mistake when placing my order and you would have been technically correct by doing that. However, that isn’t what customer service is all about is it? I’m encouraged by your commitment to customer service and your company and I want to thank you again for stepping up to the plate and standing steadfast on what customer service is all about. It is most obvious that you are a dedicated, valuable employee and that your company is focused on the real issues of today, customer service. Most companies say they are all about customer service until it cost them money, such in my case. "My son put the shed up for me. I helped some but not much. We had a heavy rain after it was put up. There was NO leakage whatsoever. We didn't have to use caulk anywhere either. The doors work perfectly. It is so convenient when I am working in my yard and can get to my tools and other items in the shed. It is plenty roomy too.
