"I researched playgrounds for about 1 year b/c we get 100 mph winds. This was the only playground that was sturdy enough to hold up, didn't wobble (even when I swing on it), was commercial grade, affordable, and I can play on it with my kids. And unlike its wooden counterparts I love that I don't have to worry how many kids can safely use it b/c of weight limits. Best of all - NO MAINTENANCE! The green/tan colors seem to blend in with the trees in my backyard (like camouflage) but you can get this in primary colors if you like it bright. We entertain a lot and the kids go right to it like a moth to a flame. If you can fit it...Get it!"

In our world today it is hard to find people or companies that still understand customer service but obviously you and your company are connected to what customer service is all about. You could have easily blown me off by my mistake when placing my order and you would have been technically correct by doing that. However, that isn’t what customer service is all about is it? I’m encouraged by your commitment to customer service and your company and I want to thank you again for stepping up to the plate and standing steadfast on what customer service is all about. It is most obvious that you are a dedicated, valuable employee and that your company is focused on the real issues of today, customer service. Most companies say they are all about customer service until it cost them money, such in my case.
