BuyLifetime.com Product Returns Policy

We are confident that you will enjoy the products you purchase from BuyLifetime.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you’ve purchased from our website, even if you just changed your mind, you may return the item in new condition within 30 days for a refund.

Unless the product is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product and a 15% item re-stocking fee.

In order for products to be considered in "new condition," they must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Returning your item(s)

To ensure the return of your product and speed up the refund process, please follow the instructions below carefully.

Return by Mail or Express Carriers

  1. Call our Buylifetime Sales Representatives at +1 (800) 424-3865, for assistance. You will be issued a "Return Authorization" number for the item you wish to return. Make note of the return authorization number for your future reference.
  2. If possible, place the item securely in its original package. If using another box, please pack securely to prevent damage to the returned item.
  3. Include all paperwork, instructions, parts, and accessories.
  4. Write your Return Authorization number and the reason for your return in the blank space at the bottom of your packing slip.
  5. Keep a copy of the packing slip/return request for your reference.
  6. Address the package to Buylifetime's return address below.
  7. If return shipping by U.S. Mail: Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
  8. If return shipping by FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.: Omit the P.O. Box number from the Product Return Address, and a copy of the tracking number.
  9. Please do not send your return C.O.D. — we cannot accept it.

Oversized items and common carriers

If your product is oversized or if you’d like to ship with a common carrier, please call our Buylifetime Sales Representatives for assistance — +1 (800) 424-3865.

Items Damaged in Shipping

Please open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. You will have 10 days from the day you receive your order to make claims for any item damaged during shipping. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment will be denied. For assistance with your claim, please call our e-commerce Buylifetime Sales Representatives — +1 (800) 424-3865.

Speedy Refunds

Lifetime will process your refund promptly upon receipt of your returned item — within 30 days at the most. Your refund will be in the same form of payment you originally used to purchase your product. The total refund amount will be the "total unit price" for the item listed on your packing slip, minus the 15% item re-stocking charge. Your refund will include any appropriate sales taxes paid, and will exclude return shipping and handling charges or any other service charges.

Conditions of "Free Shipping"

Our "Free Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than BuyLifetime.com and/or Lifetime Products.

If you choose to return a non-defective item you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product to us as well as a 15% item re-stocking fee.
